1. You (the student) are unwell and need to cancel last minute:

• The lesson can be done online as soon as you feel well - please get in touch with your teacher to reschedule (this option is only available once/term*)

• If you’re a confirmed Covid case, the lessons on subsequent weeks can be provided online until you are certified to attend lessons in person again; if online lessons are not possible for any reason, you may submit a video of your practice to the teacher, who will then provide you with feedback and further practice tips/materials...

 

2. You (the student) have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and have been advised          to self-isolate, therefore you need to cancel last minute:

Option A: Online lesson can be done on the same day instead if the teacher can make it work (perhaps he can do your lesson at the beginning or in the end of the teaching day)

Option B:  An online lesson can be scheduled on a different day that week (if the teacher’s schedule allows; this option is only available once/term*)

Option C: You may submit a video of your practice to the teacher, who will then provide you with feedback and further practice tips/materials...

 

• If you are a confirmed Covid-19 case, please schedule online lessons for the subsequent weeks with your teacher, until you’re certified to attend lessons in person.

• If your Covid-19 test is negative and you’re feeling well, you can confirm in-person lessons from the following week.

 

*NOTE: Due to the large number of students and our teachers’ busy schedules every student will be entitled to make up a last-min canceled lesson once per term. 

Any further last minute cancellations will result in a forfeited lesson OR as an alternative, a student can provide a video of their practice during that week and receive feedback and further practice materials from their teacher.
