Term Dates and Fees

Term Fees

 

Our term fees for the 2023/24 school year (see table below) are based on the following weekly lesson rates: 

€30 - 30 mins*  / €40 - 45 mins  / €50 - 60 mins. 

Lesson rates are calculated per student. Online lessons are offered at a 10% discount.

*Note: For home visits, we can offer single lessons of 45 or 60 minutes, due to the travel time and costs involved.  For two or more students at the same location, we can schedule lessons for 30 minutes each.   (Online lessons can be scheduled as a single 30 minute session.)

Our first term has 18 weeks; the second term includes several bank holidays, so the total number of lessons varies based on the chosen day.  (See our calendar for full details on lesson dates.)

 

In addition to the weekly fees, we charge an administration fee of €25 per term.  (included in the totals below).  This fee is capped at €50 per family, per term. If term fees are paid within 14 days of the invoice date, students will receive a credit of €25 for the next term.  (If payments are completed on time every term, the admin fee will only be paid once for the duration of studies.)  

 

Prior to your first lesson, you will receive an email invoice for the term fees due.  

 

Fees must be paid in full, within 14 days of invoicing and are non-refundable.

New students: After completing the first lesson, if you are unsatisfied with the teacher for any reason, we are happy to refund the remaining lesson fees
