All students and teachers are required:
-
to wear a face mask for the whole duration of the lesson
-
to maintain physical distance as much as possible in the space available
-
to disinfect their hands before the lesson
-
To disinfect the keys before the lesson (we would kindly like to ask the students and their parents to make sure the keys are disinfected before the arrival of the teacher)
Please CANCEL* the lesson if:
-
You or anyone you are living with is unwell, this also includes a bad cold or flu
-
You have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and have been advised to self-isolate, or have been advised to self-isolate for another reason.
Please CANCEL* the lesson if you answer YES to any of the following questions before your class:
-
Have you had a cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste in the last 14 days?
-
Have you been diagnosed with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?

*Note: If you need to cancel the lesson for one of the above reasons, we will do our best to schedule a make up Online Lesson instead, however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible in all cases, as it depends on the teacher’s availability. You can read more about the rescheduling options here. We cannot refund or provide credit for lessons missed due to the reasons outlined above.
