Ella has been playing the piano from the age of 6 and since starting has had a passion for music. This passion influenced her in choosing to study Music Education at Trinity College Dublin and the Royal Irish Academy of Music.

 

Through her degree she has had many unique experiences which have enhanced her studies, such as, studying at the Kodály Institute in Kecskemét, Hungary. Going into her third year she will be completing a four month music teaching placement at St Louis High School in Rathmines.

As a teacher, Ella always has the students’ interests at heart and will ensure that they make progress through their lessons while encouraging and enhancing their musical taste through exploring various genres.
