Music Education

Caoimhe started learning piano at the age of 6 and went on to complete the Royal Irish Academy of Music pianoforte grades. Caoimhe also studied Musical Theatre Singing through the RIAM grades. 

 

After attending songwriting courses, triplet threat camps and finding a love for writing music during her time in boarding school, Caoimhe studied songwriting and musicianship in BIMM leaving with a BA in Commercial Modern Music.

Teaching

Caoimhe has been teaching over the last 7 years. Beginning one-on-one private lessons when she was in secondary school to working with a local private music school for 5 years, teaching children, teens and adults with varying age, interest, skill and development levels. 

 

Caoimhe’s teaching skills brought her to the USA to work in a summer camp teaching children composition, music theory and music production. 

 

Caoimhe takes pride in her personalised teaching approach, tailoring lesson plans and methods to suit, benefit and encourage students and their musical education.
