Andrea Byrne

Teaching

Originally from Hungary, and residing in Ireland for the past decade, Andrea has 21 years experience in the field of music education, both in private and school settings, specialising in teaching piano for the youngest or beginners.

 

Her motto is to help discovering the wonders of music to all students regardless of age, level or interest.
 

Andrea’s main goal is to provide a lesson which is interesting (telling stories about music, building a good student-teacher bond) so the students will enjoy playing the piano!

Music Education

​

Andrea started learning piano at the age of 7 and went to the Franz Liszt Music School in Hungary to complete the piano studies of classical music equivalent to RIAM grade 8.
 

Andrea also holds a degree Bachelor of Education (Juhasz Gyula Faculty in József Attila University of Szeged, Hungary 1998), and another degree Bachelor of English Language Teaching (József Attila University of Szeged, Hungary 2002).
